male POV YA

So I wrote five pages of the male POV idea I had. And I lurve it. I might just have to do that one first. Can't post an excerpt here, though. Language would not be appropriate. But if you have an AW account, you can check it out on Midday Writes in SYW. I'll leave it up for a day or so.

I just want this next week to be over. I want school to be over. I want to have everything figured out. Move forward. I want to be up at the lake and spend my days in a hammock with my laptop. With Evan and Natalie. And the five dead sisters.

Oh, yes. There are dead sisters in my new WiP.

  1. Way to go! I would love to do a male POV one day, but it would probably be more along the lines of what Simone Elkeles does--alternativing between the male and female mcs. (both are in first person)

  2. My novel on sub has a male POV. I never, ever imagined I'd write one. I do love Noah,tho! LOL I also have a split POV in my YAUF of a girl and boy angel. Noan and Elijah's voice are completing different, lol. Noah's pretty foul talking....it would be very unangelic if Elijah did that.

    Good luck with it! And yes, I'm so glad that school is out. Well, it won't feel officially out until I'm done with post-planning. But here's to us getting major writing and reading time once it's done!!
